How do I receive my data?

Data is provided by secure download and/or a copy of the data can be delivered to your business or home address on CD. Please choose your preferred delivery method(s) on the order page. Data is provided in Microsoft Excel (XLS) format and can be integrated with any contact management system. (Please inform us on checkout if you require any additional formats)

When do I receive my data?

Data is provided by secure download via email within one hour of payment confirmation received. The hard copy to follow usually takes up to three working days to arrive.

How often is the data validated?

Data is updated on a daily basis by our dedicated call centre and a full refresh is completed every 6 months (on average), ensuring we provide the most accurate and comprehensive business lists available.

Is there a minimum order size?

No – however for bespoke packages the minimum order fee is £ 100.00

Are email addresses guaranteed?

Yes. Email data is susceptible to above average decay rates and bounces not solely due to the quality of the actual data. We offer a refund (per record) in excess of 30% of the original list.

Are the email addresses generic or non-generic?

All of the email addresses we provide are non-generic.

How many times can I use the list?

Data is provided on a multiple usage basis. There are no restrictions; you can use the data as often as you wish over an unlimited period. Discount is provided on any future database updates (if required).
